Layered cake-parfait with berries

250 g soft biscuits
100 g soft butter
500 g cream
3 egg whites
200 g cream cheese
200 g sugar
250 g frozen berries
100 ml freshly milk
30 g gelatin
chocolate peanut krokant

Mix minced meat biscuits and soft butter. Pour into a baking dish (26 cm) and pressuring nice to form a base. We leave in the fridge to set. Soak the gelatin in a little water to swell. Preheat the milk and dissolve the gelatin in it. Put the fruit with 1/3 of the sugar in a pot to boil. Blend and strain. Leave to cool slightly. Beat the egg whites with 1/3 of the sugar on snow and leave them in the fridge. Whipped cream with 1/3 of the sugar and cream add the feta cheese. Pour chilled fruit. Add the egg whites and gelatin (previously melted in a water bath). The finished cream Pour over the biscuit base and leave for 8 hours in the refrigerator. subtract cake form, using wet knife, remove it from the wall of the ring. Outside decorated with krokant. Grate the chocolate on top and decorate with whipped cream.
