Ingredients
400 g oyster mushrooms
1/2 lemon
2 cloves garlic
dill
oil
pepper, salt

Method
Mushrooms are washed and boiled in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drained of water and cut. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and chopped garlic and dill.
