Ingredients
3 kg tomatoes
3 kg red fleshy peppers
200 g sunflower oil
200 g vinegar
150 g sugar
20 peppercorns
1 tsp cumin
4-5 Allspice
4-5 cloves garlic (chopped)
salt
3-4 eggplants optional
500 g chili optional
Method
Tomatoes are ground and boiled with the oil, vinegar, sugar and salt to taste. Add to roasted, peeled and crushed peppers. Eggplants baked, cleaned from the husk, ground and they are added to the tomatoes. All fry nice and passaged. Add pre-ground twenty grains pepper, 1 tsp cumin, allspice berries 4-5 and 4-5 cloves of crushed garlic. All this stir nice and packed into jars. For more spicy flavor can be added and baked whole chillies. Sterilize 20 minutes.
