Macaroni with zelenchuchi

Ingredients
1 carrot
1 eggplant
3 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
spices of your choice
150 g macaroni

Method
Boil macaroni in salted water. Eggplant cut into small kupcheta and salted to remove the bitter juice them. Grate the carrot and fry, add chopped tomatoes and fry to become a sauce, add the eggplants and bitter juice drained and washed and fry until ready. If necessary, pour a little water, add the garlic and spices and simmer on low heat until ready to eggplant. Prepared sauce mix with cooked pasta and mix good and served warm.
