Ingredients
2 large mackerel
2 onions
1 carrot
3-4 tbsp canned tomatoes
2-3 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
2 pickles
5-6 peppercorns
3-4 Allspice
3-4 leaves Dives
1/2 cube vegetable broth

Method
Fish is cleaned and cut into pieces, add the onions, carrots and cucumbers, sliced slices. Everything is poured into ceramic casseroles and baked in the oven.
