2 mackerel
2 cup white wine
salt
garlic
parsley
breadcrumbs
tomatoes
Method
Fish is divided into two, cleaned and washed. Add salt and put in a tray. On it put sliced ​​garlic, parsley and pour the wine. On top sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put the sliced ​​tomatoes on wheels. Bake in a moderate oven until ready.
