Ingredients
4 large potatoes
2 onions
30 g butter
1 tsp paprika
3 tbsp tomato paste
250 ml water
Method
Chop the onion slices. Heat the butter, put the onions and fry until soft. Add sliced potatoes and fry well. Then put the red pepper, tomato paste and water and leave the potatoes on low heat to boil. Serve as a side dish or meal.
