1/2 cup (100 g) rice starch
5 cups (1 liter) milk
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) sugar
Milk is boiled with sugar. Added with stirring starch dissolved in a little cold milk. Boil for 5-6 minutes, stir and pour into bowls. Can be served: - overflows with fruit syrup - 2 tbsp per serving - overflows with treacle in the same amount or syrup, prepared as follows: 1 cup (200 g) sugar, put fire in court to caramelized; pour 2 cups (400 ml) of water and boil 5-8 minutes, then flavored with a little rose water - overflows with red syrup made from 1 cup (200 g) sugar and 1 1/2 cups (300 ml) of water, colored in pink paint and harmless pastry flavored with a little rose water - with powdered sugar - 3 tsp (15 g), of each portion and sweetened milk flavored with a little rose water - 1 cup (200 ml) milk 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar and 1 tsp (5 ml), rosewater

This is a great dessert. I make it a pleasure for my family and friends. Try it and you. Prepare easy and very tasty!

Rice starch is already in stores. Is easy and fast. Years ago infuse 1cup rice 700ml. water, then blend like crazy and are wondering how to avoid larger particles. This mash is boiled in 1 l. Of milk. Now there and rose essence, prior to collection rose petals filled with them burkacheta, keep them in the fridge with citric acid. Dessert is really great. The recipe is very close to Svilengrad malebi. I personally love it and I like this recipe.
