Ingredients
about 1 kg shrimp
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tbsp vinegar
3 cloves garlic
fresh basil, salt, pepper

Method
Mix in a bowl sunflower oil, tomato paste, vinegar, crushed garlic, basil, salt and pepper, stir the mixture. Add shrimp and mix well. Cover with foil, and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or 1 hour. Heat a deep pan and put in the prawns, cook for 5-10 minutes.
