1 kg potatoes
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp sunflower oil
Peel the potatoes and cut of 2, put in a saucepan with a little salt to boil. Remove them and smash. With a little (about 1/2 cup) of water in which mumbo diluted. Grate the onion and add, the oil and margarine melt and pour while hot. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
