Mashed potatoes with spinach

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
150 g spinach
200 g of milk
20 g butter
salt, nutmeg
1/4 bunch parsley
Method
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. After readiness smash. Wash the spinach very well, put it in a saucepan with salted water, along with parsley and boiled until soft. After standby drain well and add to the cooked potatoes. Add milk and 3 scrapings of nutmeg. Take a blender and mix until paste.
