Meat gratin with cabbage

Ingredients
400 g minced meat
800 g cabbage
8 thin slices of smoked breasts
2 onions
25 ml white wine
1 tsp dried thyme
60 g butter
salt
pepper
Method
Opt 3-4 good cabbage leaves. Blanch for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Rest of cabbage cut into in small pieces. Heat the butter and added chopped onion and minced meat and stirred several times. Finally added and chopped cabbage. Stews the mixture for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, then add the wine and spices and boil 15 minutes. Pour mixture into buttered steamed with butter a baking dish, cover with slices of smoked breast and blanched sheet and bake for about 35 minutes at 200 C.
