250 g minced meat
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
spices minced meat (of your choice)
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil

Knead minced meat 1 egg, breadcrumbs and seasonings to your taste for mince. Divide the mince into 2 equal parts and form large balls with a diameter of about 10-12 cm. With large glass cut a hole in the middle of the patty and gently remove cropped circle without it spoil. Heat the oil in a suitable pan put carefully cropped meatball and the opening tap 1 egg. Salt egg. After fry on one side with a wide blade contact patty to fry the other side. In free space in the pan and put the cut circles mince to fry. Serve with meatballs ready for the season garnish.
