Ingredients
1 carp
1 onion
4 tbsp flour
1/3 cup beer
parsley
pepper and salt
Method
Fish is cleaned and cut into small pieces. Add the chopped onion, flour, beer, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Spoon is taken from the mixture and fry in heated sunflower oil. For garnish served potato salad.
