Meatballs of lamb brain

Ingredients
1 lamb brain
egg 1
2 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
10 walnuts
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Cooked lamb brain Creases with a fork. The walnuts ground. All products were stirred. Using a spoon to take the mixture and put in a hot sunflower oil. Fry on both sides until golden.

meatballs were delicious, but the execution of the recipe was difficult because the mixture was quite rare. Maybe if you add a little flour, frying will be easier. Furthermore, the oil churned until parzhih meatballs and it was very difficult to judge whether ready to reverse or extraction, and find them to turn them without choppy. I think of Fern can get better, but I have not tried.
