Ingredients
300 g pork bacon
500 g pork shoulder
1-2 pinches of pepper
4-5 tbsp paprika
1 cup water
oil
3-4 cloves garlic
Method
Cut in chunks of bacon and pork shoulder. In a baking dish is seasoned with paprika (as nice Oval). Who prefers spicy can and spicy red pepper to oval meat, put it pepper, olive oil and glass of water. Stir well with a wooden spoon. Tray covered with foil, baked to 220C for about 30 minutes, then remove fthe oil, stir again and allow to finish cooking and red of 180C. Then put chopped garlic and 3-4 is again covered with fthe oil for 5 minutes. Wadi from oven and add salt. To be consumed warm, with pickles and fresh pita.
