Milk banitsa with noodles and caramel

Ingredients
200 g prepared homemade noodles (1 package)
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
1.5 liter fresh milk
1 cup sugar caramel

Method
At the bottom of a large baking dish is caramelized sugar. Once hardened caramel, pour the top layer even home noodles. Pour the mixture of boiled and warm milk in which the sugar is dissolved and broken eggs. Bake on low heat until all the liquid and take the banitsa initial rising. Serve cold, cut into pieces optional. It is good to stand for several hours to take the caramel well.

reni55, I'm glad that you liked the pie. The advantage of it is that makes a little bit fast and easy.

which was performed today and almost gone ... I gave relatives and neighbors. A bit like caramel custard with noodles, especially while it was hot (of course, I immediately try it, nothing that says that eating cold :) I like, but how delighted not true ... Incidentally, to boast that I made noodles from filo pastry (store-bought) :)
