Minced meat steak with prunes

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
7-8 prunes
salt, pepper
2-3 tbsp sugar
fat frying

Method
Plums peeled, cleaned of stones, scatter with sugar and Strain. Strained plum mixture is added to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and crushed with a fork. The mixture was poured into a baking dish 12 cm in diameter. Put it in a hot pan. After 5-6 minutes baking dish turns carefully. Fried steak in a little oil well, paying with a shovel. The finished steak served with mustard and ketchup.

I like the recipe again a new idea for making minced meat. I would not put sugar and lemon and / or something spicy, but that is a personal preference. Perhaps only have to change the name, this is not steak and minced (ground) stack, such as the famous Salisbury steak.
