Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
1 kg potatoes
300 ml tomato juice
6 tbsp sunflower oil
2 onions
3-4 pickles
2 eggs
1 tbsp savory
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp butter
1 tsp salt
Method
Peel the potatoes, cut and boiled with a little salt, butter and milk. When boiled Strain puree. Minced meat is kneaded with finely chopped onions, savory and pepper and place in greased pan. Spread with half sunflower oil and half tomato juice, sprinkle with chopped pickles and chopped boiled eggs.
