Monastery of fish stew

Ingredients
1,5 kg fish
3/4 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 heads (200 g) onion
6-7 (500 g) tomatoes
1 cup (200 g) mushrooms
4-5 (250 g) peppers
3/4 cup (150 g) rice
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Fish, having cleaned and washed, cut into portions, add salt and fry lightly in fat. In the same oil fry gently chopped onion, then added sequentially and sauté until soft half tomatoes, chopped, peppers, diced, mushrooms, cut into julienne and rice. The mixture is poured hot water or broth, add salt and pour into pan. Top rank fish and add the remaining tomatoes, cut into rings. The dish is baked in the oven until the fat remains. Before serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.
