Moussaka with sauerkraut and yogurt

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
3-4 onions
4-5 tbsp tomato paste
pepper
1 sour cabbage
3 eggs
300 ml milk
3 tbsp flour
sunflower oil
salt
1 bay leaf
Method
In a little sunflower oil fry the onion after soften and add the minced meat. When ready add the minced meat tomato paste and pepper - simmer for 10 minutes. At the same time cabbage fry in sunflower oil, having previously sprinkled with hot water to be desalinated and finely chopped. In a pan mix the minced meat and cabbage, add the bay leaf, pour water, enough to cover the mixture add salt and cook until the water boil off. Make a sauce of eggs, flour, milk and pour already finished cabbage. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

to topping can optionally add pepper
