Muffins with fresh onions and larded salami

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/3 cup yogurt
6 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g grated cheese
150 g larded salami, cut into strips
2 scallions, chopped
1 cup flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
basil and a pinch of salt

Method
In a bowl, stirring consistently eggs, vegetable oil, yogurt, larded sausage, onion and grated cheese. In another bowl confused flour, baking powder, basil and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Confuse and spread in a greased prior forms. Bake in preheated oven.

I have not done until now savory muffins. I definitely like these! Will definitely give them a try! Bravo!

Vesi, tonight I made muffins. Became very very tasty! Instead of onions (not love) I put parsley. I put the ham and sausage (I had).
I think for 1cup flour baking powder around much. I put half again - 5 grams. and become super!

I will do tomorrow :) Salty cake I've done and it is very nice to see what the muffins will be, but I think that will be too good!
