Mushroom crown of rice

Ingredients
400 g of rice
4 eggs
50 g processed cheese
50 g cheese
2 tbsp yoghurt
30 g butter
350 g mushrooms
50 g of white wine
1 / 3 tsp black pepper and nutmeg
1 bay leaf

Method
Gets cooked rice with salt. Add beaten eggs, yogurt, black pepper, processed cheese, cheese and salt. Pour into cake pan with a hole, greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 30 minutes. Mushrooms baked in a Teflon pan without oil. Add butter, wine, bay leaf, pepper, nutmeg and sauté until ready. The finished rice is converted into a suitable bowl, pour in the hole mushrooms. Decorate with pickles and green olives.
