Ingredients
          300 g mushrooms
          1 liter milk
          4 tbsp flour
          125 g butter
          1 cup cooking cream
          black pepper, salt, nutmeg

          Method
              Mushrooms are grated and fried in melted butter in a small saucepan. As braised mushrooms put the flour, as before, we removed the pan from the fire. Add the boiled milk and cream and return the pan back on the stove, and it continues to confuse to not burn. Sosa is ready after about 5-7 minutes. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
