Ingredients
          200 g mushrooms
          80 g butter
          1 onion
          20 g flour
          300 ml white wine
          salt
          pepper
          lemon juice

          Method
              Cooked mushrooms finely and fried with grated onion in heated butter. Sprinkle with flour and pour in the white wine and broth. The mixture was allowed to boil until a smooth, thick paste medium with loose top fat. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and passaged.
