Mushroom soup with rice and onion

Ingredients
4 tbsp rice
200 g mushrooms
1 onion
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
Method
Finely chopped onion and fry the rice in a hot fat until translucent. Add the washed and cut into julienne mushrooms and sauté lightly. The mixture is sprinkled with flour, diluted with 6 cups hot water, add salt and pepper to taste the soup boil until the mushrooms and rice soften completely.
