Ingredients
350 g noodle strips
salt
700 g tomatoes
200 g of broccoli or spinach
250 g cheese
3 cloves garlic
pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g chopped walnuts
Method
Noodle boiled, drained and flushed with cold water. The flesh of the tomatoes cut into cubes. Part of broccoli leave the country, and the other is cut. Cheese also cut. Garlic is passaged and mixed with tomatoes, broccoli, salt and pepper. Noodles formed in the shape of nests, which are placed in baking pan, previously buttered. Sockets put the tomato mixture and dusted with cheese and the walnuts. Watering dish with olive oil and bake 40 minutes at 200 C. Serve with green leaves of broccoli.
