Okroshka yeast

Ingredients
2.5 l yeast Taras
5 boiled potatoes
4 boiled eggs
300-400 g sausage - ham or sausage
2 pickles
4-5 radishes optional
sour cream
dill
salt
Method
Potatoes, eggs, sausage, gherkins, radishes and dill (optional) cut in small pieces in large bowl. Add salt and pour in yeast. When serving garnish with cream. * Preferably served chilled. * leaven may be replaced with yogurt or soda water.
