Onion pastry with rum

Ingredients
300 g flour
150 g butter
1 yolk
1/3 cup rum
1.5 kg onions
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp sugar
pepper
salt
Method
The butter is allowed to soften at room temperature. Messi with sifted flour, rum, 2 tbsp water and a little salt.
