Ingredients
4-5 finished pancakes
400 g boiled chicken
200 g mushrooms
150 g cheese
50 g butter
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper, salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Method
Cut the mushrooms into slices and sauté them in the butter and a little some water. Once softened, add chopped cheese and chicken. Season with spices and chopped parsley and mix. Fill with stuffing pancakes and screw them like little bags. Arrange them in a greased pan, sprinkle with grated cheese and put to bake in preheated 180 C oven for about 5-10 minutes.
