Ingredients
1 kg fillet fish pangasius
1 lemon
1/3 cup olive oil
salt
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp oregano

Method
The fish is thawed, washed and cut into portions. Arrange in a greased pan with a little olive oil and add salt. Mix lemon juice, chopped garlic, oregano and olive oil and the resulting sauce pour the fish. Allow at least one hour to take fragrances and bake in preheated oven about 30 minutes. Serve with a side dish of boiled potatoes or potato salad.
