Pasta with fresh milk and sausage

Ingredients
500 g pasta Fussili
400-450 g of fresh sausage (Kamchia)
250-300 g raw mushrooms
450-500 ml milk
250 g melted smoked feta cheese
1 -2 tbsp sunflower oil for frying
parsley, pepper
salt

Method
Boil pasta according to package directions and salt. Meanwhile, fry the sausage cut into strips, when ready moved into a large bowl. In the same pan and fry the mushrooms and cut them, then move in the sausage, add cooked pasta (we love them * aldente *). In the court in which Fry sausage and mushrooms pour milk and add processed cheese slices to dissolve faster. When solutions nice the feta cheese, the mixture was poured into the other ingredients. Mix everything nice and e well to stand ten minutes before serving to absorb the sauce pasta. Optional sprinkles with chopped parsley and ground black pepper.
