Pastry with chocolate

2 eggs + 1 egg yolk spreads
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup sugar - a little sprinkle of muffins before baking
1/2 cup warm milk
7 g of dry yeast (1 packet)
3 cups flour
200 g chocolate spread
pinch of salt

The dough can be kneaded into bread machine. Beat eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt and place in the bowl of the machine, add milk, flour, finally the yeast. We release function * Dough * and leave to intervene and rises - for my machine a total of about an hour and a half. Once leavened dough, divide into 4 parts, rolled to a circle with a diameter of about 28-30 cm cut to 8 triangular pieces. In the general part is placed in 1 tsp chocolate spread, both ends of the inside bend (not to leak stuffing) and turns muffin. Arrange in a baking dish greased with broken yolk, sprinkle with granulated sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 180C, about 30 minutes Leave distance between the rolls because cooks plunk pretty. * After rising no extra flour to mix and roll out the dough. The paste is greasy and elastic and easily peeled from the desktop. * Optional instead of chocolate can put feta cheese - are also very tasty - then sprinkle with poppy seeds: sweet, but not be very liquid because they ran side - at least to me so get. * 1 cup = 300 ml
