Ingredients
4 cups peeled, cleaned and sliced pears
2 cup sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
in 1/2 tsp nutmeg and cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
4 egg whites
2/3 cup sunflower oil
1 cup chopped walnuts

Method
Pears are mixed with sugar and leave for 1 hour. Egg whites are broken down slightly and add thereto the walnuts, the oil and pears. The flour is mixed with the salt, baking soda and spices and stir. The two mixtures were combined. Tray size 20x30 cm oil and it poured the dough. Bake 1 hour in a preheated 160C oven.
