Pears from savory shortbread with capers

200 g flour
100 g butter
70 ml water
1-2 tbsp feta cheese Parmesan powder
a pinch of salt and pepper, 1 tsp paprika

The products are left in the fridge for 20 minutes. Once removed, gradually knead dough elastic (like plasticine). Comminuted on the butter into small pieces and kneaded with flour, salt and spices. Gradually pour the cooled and water until a homogeneous mass. It becomes a roll and wrapped in transparent foil. Leave in refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Once removed the dough, form balls with a diameter of about 2-3 cm. Each ball crushing a small flat circle and wrapped around fruit of capers (pre-dried), the handle remains on top. With the fingers is formed into the shape of a pear. So made bulbs rolled in powdered Parmesan, arranged in a greased baking pan or on aluminum foil and bake in the oven. Can be served as an appetizer to the alcoholic nabuns.
