Petit fours with apricots

Ingredients
# For the dough:
125 g butter
1 cup with peak powdered sugar
150 g flour
3 eggs
# For garnish:
125 g butter
3 tbsp caster sugar
apricots (fresh or stewed)
Method
Beat the butter with the sugar, add eggs one by one and finally, with gentle stirring - flour. Bake in pan size 20x30 cm. Cut up the cold base of small rectangular pieces. Beat the butter with the sugar of fluffy foam. With the injection of corolla shape pasties. Garnish with pieces of apricots.
