Pickled onions

Ingredients
500 g of onion
2 red chillies
200 ml vinegar
1 tsp salt
Method
Onions and peppers are cleaned and cut into polukragcheta. Blanched in boiling water for 5 minutes, cool and arranged in jars. Vinegar mixed with 1 cup of the potion and salt, then boil. Marinade is poured in jars and allow to stand for 1 day. The liquid is then poured into a container and boiled again. Cool and pour back in the jars. Closed with plastic lids and put cool. After one month the onion is ready for consumption.
