Ingredients
4 cups peeled and sliced watermelon peel
1/2 cup salt
2 cup sugar
2 tbsp mustard seeds
2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp celery seeds
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp black peppercorns
3-4 cup white vinegar

Method
Everything is mixed, put it in a saucepan and heat on high until boiling temperature. The mixture is packed into jars, jars turned upside down and leave to cool. Pickles becomes ready for two weeks.
