Ingredients
3 egg whites
200 g sugar
2 tbsp liqueur
1 tsp lemon juice
150 g ground almonds
125 g pineapple
100 g grated chocolate
40 paper baskets
1 tsp lemon juice
dried fruits of your choice
Method
Whip snow. Add the liqueur and lemon juice, and stirred for a further 10 minutes. Mix the chopped pineapple, almonds and chocolate and the resulting mixture is added to egg whites. Spraying balls into baskets, decorate with some dried fruit and bake in the oven at 150 C for about 30 minutes.
