Pirog pear

Ingredients
1 kg pears
220 g flour
110 g butter
1 yolk
50 g of powdered sugar
3 eggs
110 ml cream
100 g sugar
1 lemon (juice and rind)
pinch of salt
Method
From the flour, the butter, powdered sugar, salt and egg yolks knead dough elastic. If necessary, add a little milk. Leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Pears are cleaned, sectioned into quarters and sprinkle with lemon juice. Roll out the dough and put in shape, lifting the edges. Top arrange pears. The cream is prepared by whipped cream with the sugar, eggs and grated lemon rind. Pour in the form between pears. Bake at 190C for about 1 hour.
