Pita with chocolate spread

Ingredients
3 eggs
100 ml milk
150 ml lukewarm water
100 g butter
100 g sugar
40 g fresh yeast
about 1 kg of flour
chocolate spread
walnuts
1 tsp salt

Method
With eggs, water, milk, yeast, sugar and flour kneaded dough. Once it is ready, add the butter and continue kneading till complete absorption of the butter. Shaping 3 balls that are rolled on the round. Circles brushed with chocolate and put some on others. Top right in the middle, put glass and cut 8 triangles, each triangle of three cilia, which are twisted. After rising, the cake smeared with yolk and midway sprinkle with walnuts and sugar. Bake at 180C, by placing in a cold oven, first rib 45-50 minutes.
