Pita soda and yeast

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
250 g yogurt
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
3 eggs
90 g butter
60 g margarine
20 g yeast
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
1 tbsp (10 g) salt

Method
Yeast chops, sprinkle with sugar and a pinch of salt and leave to liquefy. Sift the flour in a big bowl in the middle, there is an indentation, which put the melted but not hot butter (which are separated by 3 tbsp) and the melted margarine, beaten eggs with salt, yeast and yoghourt with soda . The dough is kneaded well and put in an oiled baking dish. The surface of the cake tin with half of the separated butter, prick with a fork and bake in a very hot oven. As it turns brown, smeared again with the rest butter and dopicha. Remove from the oven and turn in the towel to izprahne.

Hello! I did ask about the Assumption and became very successful. I replaced the margarine with oil 100 ml of yogurt and put 400 ml. and upload photos
