Ingredients
500 g flour
10 g of dry yeast
3-4 tbsp olive oil
salt

150-200 g Prague ham
200 g cheese
150 ml tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Salt and oil is added to 400 ml cool water. Add yeast and stirred until dissolved. Sift the flour and knead the dough. The dough is very wet, interfere with hand mixer or wooden spoon. Well the dough is placed in a bowl and cover with foil. Allow to rest for 2-3 hours, or can be left in heated to 30-40 C oven for faster rising. The dough is enough for 3 medium pizzas. Prepare 3 trays, sprinkled with plenty of flour. The dough is divided into three parts in three floured pans. With more flour pizzas carefully stretched (the thickness is according to taste) and leave for another 40 minutes. Spread with tomato paste, placed in ham, cut into strips and sprinkle with plenty of cheese. Bake in preheated to 250 ° C oven until ready (10-15 minutes). Remove and pour a trickle of olive oil.
