Pizza in Rousse

Ingredients
8 g of dry yeast (1/3 bag)
150 ml warm water
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
flour
margarine spreads
ketchup
100 g processed cheese
70 g ham
70 g bacon
1/2 pepper
50 g olives
cheese
4 eggs
Method
Yeast is diluted with sugar and a little water and allow it rise. Sift the flour with the salt and add yeast effervescent and remaining water. Knead the dough with flour as necessary to not very solid and leave to rise for 1 hour. The risen dough is rolled into a base of about 1 cm thick. Thoroughly smeared with ketchup and top ranks processed cheese (or smears, if very soft). Sprinkle with diced ham and bacon, then add the pepper, cut into strips and olives. In pre-greased with margarine pan pizza bake about 10 minutes in preheated oven. Remove, sprinkle with grated cheese and cover clicks four eggs. Bake for 10 minutes and is served warm with cold beer.
