Pogacha Ina

Ingredients
about 1 kg of flour
2 cup milk
2 yolks and whites 1
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp sunflower oil
14 g of dry yeast or 42 g fresh yeast
125 g butter
# spreads:
yolk 1
2 tbsp milk

Method
Sift the flour 3 times. Mix with dry yeast, salt and sugar. Ao work with live yeast, previously prepared yeast with a little flour and slightly warmed milk. In the middle are doing well and add the oil, 2 whole eggs and egg whites gradually and the third slightly warmed milk. Kneaded to obtain a good elastic dough. Form a ball and leave in a warm place to rise until doubled in volume. The risen dough is divided into 4 equal parts. Each part izmesva several times on floured board and roll it into a rectangle. Four rectangle smeared with melted butter, placed one upon another, is wound into a roll, which is tangled. Both ends of the roll was cut off. The roll is joined and placed in a greased pan with butter. Roll is cut every 1 cm (from the outside to the center), but not to the end. The pieces must be sandwiched between them. One piece turns inwards (to the center), two subsequent pieces are left out (or one piece inside, one piece out). So arrange all the pieces. In the middle put the two cut end of the roll. Coated dough leave in a warm place to rise. Spread 1 time with the broken yolk with milk. After a few minutes smeared again. Bake in preheated oven at 170-180 C C, 25-30 minutes, until golden.
