Ingredients
600 g pork loin
4 onions

Method
The meat is cut into wafers with a thickness of about 1 cm, add salt and possibly fired on both sides ribbed pan or BBQ. In a pan, add a little oil and add coarsely chopped onion, fry briefly and add to the meat.
