Pork rolls with spicy sauce

Ingredients
about 1 kg pork loin
2 red onion
150 g smoked brisket
2 tbsp fat
1 tbsp flour
1/3 cup wine
1 tbsp tomato paste
mustard
lemon juice
2-3 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp butter
salt
pepper
Method
Fillet cut into larger pieces. Thin with a wooden mallet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sliced ​​onions mixed with diced smoked brisket. The mixture is spread over the meat. Each slice of meat rolled up and tied with string. Rolls are arranged on a tray in which the heated two tablespoons fat. Lightly fry. Add flour, fuzzy wine, tomato paste, mustard and lemon juice to taste, crushed garlic and the butter. Tray was capped with foil and sauté them in the oven at 180 C. Serve with steamed potatoes, slices of steamed carrots and season salad.
