Pork with sauerkraut in Konak

Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
800 g pork or ribs
300 ml sunflower oil or lard
5 bay leaves
10 peppercorns
1 tsp savory
1 tomato
salt
1 cube meat broth

Method
Cabbage is cut and boil for 5 minutes. During this time, cut the meat into chunks and fry in the oil until golden. Cabbage is drained and placed in a pressure cooker (faster), mixed with fried meat, adding the oil and which is fried. Add chopped tomatoes and spices. Broth was dissolved in 1 liter of water and add this. Boil in a pressure cooker for about 45 minutes on a slow fire, and in the ordinary - about 90 minutes. Optional can then be baked in the oven for about 15 minutes.
