In Pork stew specialty * Mom *

Ingredients
pork
canned corn
pickles
carrots
red onion
5-6 cloves garlic
1-2 potatoes
1 cup wine
red and black pepper, salt, savory
Method
Pickles and carrots cut into rings. Potatoes cut into cubes. Red onion cut in large pieces. If the heads are smaller than can be cut only two. Cloves garlic put 2 goals and 1 cut into slices. Cut the meat into chunks and put in a pot together with all products and spices. Pour a glass of wine. If you think that the liquid is little you can add 1/2 cup water, but keep in mind that the red onion also run juice. Bake in the oven until ready meat.
