Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 carrot
1 red onion
Chapter 1 white onion
1/2 bunch parsley
sunflower oil or olive oil
vinegar or lemon juice
pepper, salt
2- 3 pickles optional
Method
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and cook them in salted water. While the potatoes are boiled peel and grate carrot, chop the onion. Once the potatoes are cooked mash them and add them to the grated carrot, chopped onion and parsley. They add sunflower oil / olive oil and vinegar / lemon juice, salt and pepper. Salad can add and chopped pickles optional. The salad is ideal for furniture, and the main course.
